We think humans are living longer, and they also need to live healthier. We're dedicated to reimagining health systems beyond high-intervention care, and chronic conditions into the higher spectrum of human health and wellness potential.

We want to help individuals explore what healthy, happy 21st century lives look like. In more conscious, integrated, and holistic modalities.

+ What topics do you consult on?

We're complete nerds about preventive medicine and longevity science. We're passionate about promoting science and educating the public on the following topic:

  • blue zones and longevity science
  • clean diets and food-as-medicine
  • exercise science and 26+2 original hot yoga
  • positive psychology and mindfullness
  • psychedelics for addiction and mental health
  • gut health and the microbiome
  • environmental health and nature
  • chaos theory in behavior change and tiny habits

+ What topics don't you consult on?

Most of our work centers on the hard stuff, smart habit change. We believe small interventions can make a big difference but there are no quick-fixes for a balanced lifestyle.

We don't consult on the following:

  • medical conditions
  • medical marijuana
  • diet pills or supplements
  • no paid product endorsements

Well real life is complex, and preventive medicine and lonvevity science even more so. Longer time scales, more interacting factors, there's a lot to measure!

Chaos theory works when there is too much complexity in a system, interestingly complex systems are also suceptible to small changes — the butterfly effect.
